Teflon Flowmeters Models TF-1050 Series (150mm) and Model TF-1000 Series (65mm)

Description The Matheson Instruments TF-1000 and TF-1050 Series Flowmeters are corrosion resistant Teflon® flowmeters which are interchangeable with most 65mm and 150mm scaled rotameters. There are no wetted metallic parts to leach or interact with the fluids being measured. This minimizes the possibility of particle generation and makes these flowmeters ideal for use in high purity applications.  The TF-1000 and TF-1050 Series Flowmeters feature a lightweight, non-wetted, anodized aluminum frame; a borosilicate glass flow tube with glass or sapphire floats for maximum corrosion resistance and optical clarity; and, a high purity metering valve for maximum flow control.  Be sure to request calibration data for the gas(es) you will be measuring. The flow tubes are available with either 150 or 65mm reference scales screened onto the glass.   The glass metering tube is incorporated into Matheson's patented Tube Cube®. The "cube," a unitized tube holder, aligns the tube quickly and easily for simple tube installation or replacement. The Tube Cube provides protection during handling, reducing chipped tube ends, broken tubes and misalignment. The 1.5X scale magnification lens allows for an easier, more accurate reading.
